Kris Carr, General Manager of both New York City and Southampton hotspots, has taken it upon himself to create this wildly extravagant libation that is luxurious enough to satisfy even the most celebrated jetsetters.
This creative concoction begins with Landy XO, the premium French cognac from the award winning house of Cognac Ferrand. This new generation cognac has been the anchor in many of this season's most popular cocktails at social VIP parties. $2007 Landy Grandeur 1 ½ oz. Landy XO Cognac ¼ oz. Crème de Cassis de Dijon ¼ oz. 1990 Dom Pérignon Rosé
In a shaker add ice, Landy XO and Crème de Cassis and stir exactly 15 times, then strain into the handmade Swarovski crystal champagne flute. Flame a lemon peel directly into the champagne glass. Top off the cocktails with 1990 Dom Pérignon Rosé. Garnish with five frozen champagne grapes and serve with three homemade Landy XO chocolate truffles and one bottle premium still water.
